博士,讲师,青年教授。主要研究方向为分子遗传学领域,包括利用基因组学、酶学、分析化学、分子生物学等多种研究手段,发现DNA和RNA等生物大分子上的新型表观遗传修饰和损伤修饰,并揭示不同的修饰类型在细胞发育、癌症发生、抗药性等方面的调控功能及作用机理。
2014年毕业于上海交通大学生物学系并获博士学位。并在美国麻省理工学院、新加坡MIT-SMART联合研究所进行肿瘤细胞形成的分子机理、生物标志物发现、基因治疗新靶标开发等。
迄今为止,作为主要完成人参与科技部“973”计划、中国自然科学基金、美国国立卫生研究院重大研究计划(NIH-RO1)、美国自然科学基金等共6项课题,累计科研经费1300余万元。共发表SCI科研论文13篇,包括(Nature Biotechnology, Nature Chemical Biology,Nature Communications,PNAS, Nuleic Acids Research, Molecular Microbiology,Scientific Report, etc); 开发中国专利四项、美国专利两项、国际PCT专利两项。
主要研究方向为分子遗传学领域,包括利用基因组学、酶学、分析化学、分子生物学等多种研究手段,发现DNA和RNA等生物大分子上的新型表观遗传修饰和损伤修饰,并揭示不同的修饰类型在细胞发育、癌症发生、抗药性等方面的调控功能及作用机理。
