徐德立，男，博士，教授，硕士研究生导师，杏坛学者，生化与分子生物学教研室主任，《兽类学报》编委，全国动物生理生态学学会理事，山东省生物化学与分子生物学理事。
1975年2月生，山东巨野县人。2002年7月，获浙江大学理学硕士学位；2010年7月，获中国科学院动物研究所理学博士学位。2002年7月至今，在曲阜师范大学生命科学学院工作，现任生物化学与分子生物学教研室主任。现主持2项国家自然科学基金面上项目和1项山东省自然科学基金面上项目，主持完成省级项目2项和校级项目3项。近年来在《Physiological and Biochemical Zoology》、《Comparative and Biochemical Physiology》、《Zoology》、《Integrative Zoology》、《Zoological Research》、《Journal of Thermal Biology》、《Health》、《生态学报》、《细胞生物学杂志》等期刊上发表论文20余篇，以副主编参编《生物化学实验教程》、《生物化学学习指导》、《分子生物学学习指导》等教材。获生命科学学院第四届青年教师教学比赛一等奖和曲阜师范大学第六届青年教师教学比赛二等奖。研究兴趣主要是利用整合生物学的方法，研究小型哺乳动物适应环境变化的生理生化及免疫学机制。
